Danse Macabre Patchwork Coverlet

Made from 820 pieces of vintage fabrics

This one of a kind patchwork coverlet by Kambriel was made with *820* different pieces of vintage fabric on the front and back including overlays—by far my most pieces to date on one of these, with lots of wool (some are even woven with cashmere) patchwork on the back making it a substantial weight too! Measures approx. 62" x 63½", and would be great as a warm lap blanket for decadent lounging on cold days and nights or as a coverlet to layer atop other blankets on a bed, back of couch, etc... Features a darkly elegant baroque skull centerpiece surrounded with an array of shimmering black organza with a silvery swirling design (looks more of a stark white here due to the bright light, but has a great shimmering silver effect in person!), ethereal grey lace overlays, striped matelassé, crushed and non-crushed stretch velvets, along with other materials including a variety of wools. The coverlet is backed in a coordinating all-black patchwork in a variety of different wools. Dry clean only please due to the variety of materials used.
