Antique Royal Doulton Bowl

This enchanting antique, early 1900s Royal Doulton bowl captures a perfect woodland scene with a silhouetted design of a bucolic countryside rendered in black against the warm amber background. It is absolutely lovely to display on its own (it's even prettier in person than in the photos!), but could also be used for holding a variety of treasures. I think it would be perfect for holding a collection of pine cones to add to a cottage witch vibe.

Marked as lot D7538 with the Lion and Crown crest of Royal Doulton of England (where it was originally purchased many years ago by my grandfather who was living there at the time). It has been very well cared for and is in lovely condition for its age without chips or cracks, just some overall crazing in the glaze and general signs of the passage of time. This is definitely a piece that will bring a touch of woodland magic to your home.
